Classically trained as a musician, Marissa is also an accomplished performer of dance and a passionate educator who strives to give her students as much in the way of passion as she does in technique. Marissa is known not only for the way that she challenges herself, but also in the way she challenges her students to reach beyond expectation, and also her audiences to travel with her beyond convention.
